Pre-registration Information
Please print and fill out the preregistration form and bring it to the school overhang on the appropriate day. We will greet you at your car, take your form, and give you the final registration information.
For Tiny Twos Pre-registration form, please click on the Tiny Twos tab at the top of the page. SUMC will accept the forms on the same dates and times as the other age groups.

Final Registration is currently open for existing SUMS families.
Families new to SUMS or returning siblings/church families will be contacted by the school when it is time to complete paperwork.
We are so happy to welcome your family as part of the SUMS community and are excited to continue your child’s learning journey with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to complete Final Registration. Please print the documents listed for your child’s group and return them with your completed checklist and fees.
For best viewing, we recommend opening the website on a computer rather than a phone or tablet.
Final Registration Envelope Return Dates:

Current Families: Please return your envelope in your child’s Communication Folder by Friday, February 27, 2026.

Previous Siblings/Families & Church Members: Please submit your envelope during our drive-thru on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 10:30–11:30 a.m.

New Families/Community Members: Please submit your envelope during our drive-thru on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 10:30–11:30 a.m.
